Bridal Week is a trade event, and is not open to members of the public. This event is free-to-attend, exclusively by bridal/occasionwear retailers and press, and we strongly advise you to register in advance here. It is possible to register on the day, but you must bring proof of business or press accreditation. A £50 charge is applicable to wholesalers, importers, agents, and anyone else deemed to be subject to an entrance fee by the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone deemed unsuitable to attend the event.

By train: The HCC is linked to all major UK cities, including around 12 daily direct LNER services between London Kings Cross and Harrogate Station (2 hours 46 minutes).

Leeds Bradford International Airport (LBA) is 20 minutes from Harrogate; Manchester International is 90 minutes from Harrogate, with direct train services to Leeds station. There are now three flights a day on British Airways from Heathrow to Leeds Bradford, at very reasonable prices. Harrogate Convention Centre is just a seven minute walk (or short taxi ride) from Harrogate train station. Taxi services are available across the road opposite the main doors of the station.

If driving, there are three car parks nearby:

• Victoria Car Park – HG1 5LQ
• Harrogate Convention Centre – HG1 2HR

We advise you to book through the official channel as the service as the service is supported by the event. By staying in one of the accredited hotels, you will be with other attendees, and will therefore be able to network/socialise more to get the most out of the event.

These companies are NOT associated with the event or Ocean Media, and we strongly advise you to avoid booking with them. Please ensure you read the small print before signing anything related to Bridal Week and remain vigilant, companies can use convincing branding and may appear genuine. There are a number of onsite cafes onsite. Select visitors will also have access to the Platinum Buyer Lounge. Please be aware that Harrogate Convention Centre is now a cashless venue – they will accept card and contactless payments only.
